You may return most items sold by JockBoyLocker.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
 

• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
 

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or
is missing parts.
 

• Underwear and swimwear that is not in new condition with
tags attached.

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned with a receipt. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable - shipping cost are non-refundable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. We do ask that you pay the cost of the original shipping. For a full item credit: returns must include all original attached tags, boxes, authenticity certificates and in original brand new condition. Items returned without original tags, boxes, authenticity certificates or in original new condition will receive no refund an email will be sent to notify you if your return does not meet our return policy.

*HEswimwear Items - We cannot accept any returns on non-defective HEswimwear products as they are "custom" made. Changes can be made to your items for an additional service charge simply email us at sales [at] jockboylocker.com for a alteration authorization. Defective items will be replaced for no charge.
